Almighty Allah says,

And whomsoever Allah wills to guide, He opens his breast to Islam. (Al-An`am 6:152)

That is the guidance of Allah by which He guides whomever He wills of His servants. (Al-An`am 6:88)

Indeed, [O Muhammad], you do not guide whom you like, but Allah guides whom He wills. And He is most knowing of the [rightly] guided. (Al-Qasas 28:56)

These verses indicate that the guidance to Islam is a bless from Allah who bestows it upon He wills and deprives of it whom He wills. And if the guidance of Allah is there, none can stop it.
