Seek the Truth…

Move up from the lower-level desires to the higher-level ones

Seek the truth…let it compel your actions

“By time,” (Al-`Asr 103:1) Allah swears by time absolute

To this first human being who, in point of fact, is doomed to suffer loss

“By the time, Verily Man is in loss,” (Al-`Asr 103:1-2)

If the daily earnings for someone is  one million dollar…the daily

And he doesn’t know of Allah (Exalted be He), this man, according to this very verse, is a loser

Because death is the end of this life and by death is the end of everything

It puts an end to the strength of the strong, and to the weakness of the weak

It puts an end to the wealth of the wealthy, and to the poverty of the poor

It puts an end to the beauty of the beautiful, and to the ugliness of the ugly

It puts an end to the safety of the safe, and to the fear of the frightened

Death puts an end to everything and therefore as long as you don’t  know of Allah

Don’t live His way and don’t call to Him you are a loser

And you do can avoid loss

By doing in this life what would benefit  you in the after life

Therefore live by this precise criterion that

Any action, any deed, any effort would be carried into effect  after your death. This would benefit you

And any deed or action which ends with death is useless accordingly

This is life, this is why it is nothing for Allah as ends in death

Were this world worth a wing of mosquito, He would not have given a drink of water to an infidel.

That’s why we have to seek the truth

we have to live by this truth

And we have to call to this truth

There may be obstacles and there may be diversions so that we have to be patient

“By the time, Verily Man is in loss, Except those who believe and do good, and enjoin on each other truth, and enjoin on each other patience.” (Al-`Asr 103:1-3)

Therefore the first thing you should read is the search for truth and faith

Seek the truth, search for your Creator

Asking: Why was I created? Why am I here?

What is my mission in life?

What is after death? What is before death?

From where? Where to? And what for?

Search…

“Read in the name of your Lord Who created.” (Al-`Alaq 96:1)

Science should bring you closer to faith

If it doesn’t, know it is just intelligence and in death intelligence ends

It may be called intelligence or knowledge, but science is what Allah

(Exalted be He) said: “Are those who know equal to those who do not know?” (Az-Zumar 39:9)

The knowledge Allah means is to get to know Him and His way

To bring yourself to obey Him

To spend whatever it takes

This is the first revelation to the Prophet, reading  to find truth and faith

“Read in the name of your Lord Who created.” (Al-`Alaq 96:1)

The nearest sign of Allah to man is within one’s own self

“Have We not made for him two eyes?” (Al-Balad 90:8)

There are about 130 million rods and cones in the human retina

In a Professional digital camera there are 10,000 photoreceptors/ mm2

In the human retina there are 100 million photoreceptors/ mm2

100 million!

Therefore the human eye can distinguish 10 million colors
