In that same year before hijrah (migration to Madinah) the Prophet (peace be upon him) was devastated by the loss of his wife Khadijah. While disbelievers closed all doors upon him, Allah did not forsake him, but instead opened up the doors of heaven for him in honor.
So what happened? What do you know about the Prophet’s miraculous Night Journey Al-Israa’ and Al-Mi`raj? From where was he physically taken, and where to?
How was the Night Journey a morale booster for the Prophet?
